What information do we collect?

We collect information from a variety of sources depending on how you communicate and interact with Jindilli. This information includes:

Personal Information
We may collect the following Personal Information from you: your full name, address, telephone number(s), mobile numbers(s), email address, credit/debit card number(s), gender, date of birth, items purchased, and date and time of your transaction(s). We may also collect other information you voluntarily provide us with, such as your opinions about our products, interests, lifestyle information, skin and/or health condition(s), and your purchasing and browsing behavior.

In order to access the Professionals area of the website, you will need to become a registered user. To set this up, we may collect some additional personal information from you: business address, job title, email address, telephone number, and business website. Once you register your business, you will have an account with Jindilli and a password to access that account. You may never use another person’s account without permission and you may not use anyone else’s password. You should keep your registration current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We recommend that you always log out from your account at the end of a session with us to prevent other people from accessing your account without your permission.

If you submit an application for employment or otherwise participate in any recruitment process undertaken by or on behalf of Jindilli, Inc., we may (1) use personal information about you for the purposes of assessing your application for employment; and (2) retain that information as part of our employment application records even if we do not offer you employment; and (3) review that information (at our discretion) in connection with other relevant employment opportunities which may arise within Jindilli from time to time.

Cookies and other similar technologies
Our website uses “cookie” and “web beacon” technology, which allow us to identify your device and recognize you when you return to Jindilli.com.

Additionally the data from Flash LSOs generally cannot be deleted or disabled from your browsers. Our service provider makes a record of your visit to our website and logs information from your browser including your IP address, the date and time of you visit, the pages accessed, documents downloaded, top level domain name (for example, “.com,” “.gov,” “.au,” or “.uk”) of the previous site visited and the type of browser used. This is done as a fraud prevention measure, for statistical purposes, to enable us to evaluate our website usage and improve our online service. The information collected is not linked back to individual users except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the service provider’s logs. In addition, when you use our online search facility we collect information about the information for which you search. Jindilli uses that information to evaluate our service and determine if we are providing the products and services you desire. Third Party Sites
Jindilli invites you to interact with us using social media tools such as, Facebook and Twitter. When using these tools, you may be disclosing personal information, for example when commenting on or using the “Like” feature on the Jindilli Facebook page. Information shared on these tools, community features and/or public interactive forums is subject to each social media’s company’s privacy policies.

The Jindilli website may contain links to websites of other companies and organizations. Jindilli is not responsible for the privacy policies, practices or content of such websites.

Third Party e-commerce providers
When you purchase items from the Jindilli online store, you will be directed to a separate webpage that is hosted by the third party (or its service providers) and not by us. Any personal information that you provide to this third party will be subject to that party’s privacy policy, not this Privacy Policy, and as such, we are not responsible for that party’s use of the information you provide to them. We receive an email confirmation from the third party once your payment has been accepted, which provides us with the relevant information to process your order.

How do we use the information collected?

We only collect personal information necessary for us to carry out our functions and activities such as:

What choices do you have?

  • Receiving Email and Other Correspondence (Opting-Out)
    Jindilli may communicate with you periodically regarding information on events, services and products offered by Jindilli, or the organizations to whom we provide marketing or manufacturing services, that we consider may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such communications from us you may opt-out of receiving such correspondence in the future. To do so, please contact us for that purpose.

    Where we receive a request from a user with respect to opting-out of receiving marketing communications as noted above, we will use our reasonable efforts to comply with your request. However, we cannot guarantee that the information has been deleted as there is a possibility that a residual copy of the information will be maintained on a back-up system.

  • Anonymity
    Wherever it is lawful and practicable to do so, Jindilli will provide you with the option of not identifying yourself when dealing with us. However, we require your personal information to carry out our functions and activities as outlined under the heading “How do we use the information collected?” and may not be able to carry our those functions and activities on your behalf if you do not provide us with the relevant information.

How can you review or correct your Personal Information?

If you wish to access personal information about you held by Jindilli, send a written request by post to Jindilli, 8100 South Madison Street. Burr Ridge, IL 60527. So that Jindilli can identify you, please include your full name and address, your daytime telephone number, your e-mail address if applicable, and the reason why you require access to our record of your personal information. We will provide you with access to the personal information held upon receiving a request from you except where we refuse access to that information in conformity with the Act. If we deny your request for access to personal information, we will provide you with the reasons for that denial. We may recover an amount from you to cover our reasonable costs of providing you with access to that personal information.

We will take all reasonable steps to make sure that the personal information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete and up-to-date. What security measures do we use to protect your Personal Information?

We will take reasonable steps to implement and maintain security precautions (physical, electronic and procedural measures) and endeavor to prevent unauthorized access to, disclosure or use of your personal information. Jindilli takes reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify any personal information it no longer requires.

We are committed to dealing quickly and confidentially with any complaint you make about your privacy in relation to the way Jindilli collects, uses, discloses, handles or holds your personal information. Children Under the Age of 13

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not wish to collect any personal information on any person under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13. If you are younger than 13, you may look at our site, but please do not provide your personal information to us. Our site is not designed for children.

Your California Privacy Rights

Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice describing what categories of personal information we share with third parties or corporate affiliates for those third parties or corporate affiliates’ direct marketing purposes.
