SHIPPING POLICY

Jindilli will endeavor to process and ship all orders within 24 hours from time of receipt, except if placed Friday after 3 p.m. (Central US Time) through Sunday.

Shipping Options:

  • FedEx Ground
    Delivery Times: 3-7 business days. Delivery is typically by the end of the business day.
    You may choose to upgrade the shipping method to an Expedited Shipping Option for faster delivery (additional charges apply).

Expedited Shipping Options:

  • FedEx 2Day
    Delivery Times: 3 business days (1 day to process your order + 2 days shipping). Delivery is by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences).
  • FedEx Standard Overnight
    Delivery Times: For orders placed before 3 p.m., next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas; and by 8 p.m. to residences. For orders placed after 3 p.m.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Jindilli cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Jindilli is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories

Delivery to some areas of Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping time.

When your order is received, you will be sent an email confirming your order.

Shipping Confirmation Email

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a notification by email. The email will contain a tracking number for your package.
